The Directorate of Elementary Education, Bikaner has released the official guidelines for the Primary Education Learning Level Assessment (Class 5) and Preliminary Education Completion Certificate Examination (Class 8) for 2026.

🏫 Who Must Apply? / कौन आवेदन करें?

Heads of the following institutions must apply via the Shala Darpan (Exam) Portal:

Government Schools & Govt Sanskrit Schools
Private Schools & Madrasas
Schools for the Blind & Deaf (Special Schools)

📸 Photo & Signature Requirements / फोटो और हस्ताक्षर निर्देश

File Size: 5 KB to 50 KB.
Format: JPG / JPEG Only.
फोटो और हस्ताक्षर 5-50 KB के बीच JPG फॉर्मेट में होने चाहिए.

📝 Step-by-Step Application Process / आवेदन प्रक्रिया

Login: Visit Shala Darpan Portal > Click "5th & 8th Exam" > Login with School ID.
शाला दर्पण पोर्टल पर लॉग इन करें.
Fill Form: Go to "Exam Activity" Tab > Click "Application". Verify student data with school records and fill forms one by one.
Exam Activity टैब में Application पर क्लिक करें और फॉर्म भरें.
Check Status: After filling, go to "Application Status" to view the list of students.
Application Status में सभी विद्यार्थियों की स्थिति जांचें.
Preview & Print: Check the Print Preview (remove pop-up blocker if needed).
प्रिंट प्रिव्यू की जाँच अवश्य करें.
Final Lock: Once fully verified, "Final Lock" the applications.
पूर्ण जांच के बाद ही फाइनल लॉक करें.
